In their own words
DO.Impact Core
DO.Impact Core is a self-hosted, single-user web app for small manufacturers that covers strategy, commercial work, operations, people, and execution. Its operations module includes daily management, shop-floor workflows, scheduling over 0–12 weeks, supply chain, SIOP, NPI, quality, and risk, alongside a library of more than 250 industrial KPIs. Execution includes A3, 8D, 5 Whys, fishbone, and DMAIC problem-solving methods, plus a Gantt actions timeline. Operators can use a touch-friendly /floor mode, and the TitanScale Template company is pre-loaded to populate modules at first launch. Core is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 and stores data in the user's own database, machine, or private network, with no accounts, subscriptions, or tracking. Self-hosting requires Bun or Node.js 20+, the Supabase CLI with Docker, and a local or hosted Supabase project. Local single-user mode disables row-level security; the maker says not to expose it publicly without an authentication proxy.
Peakboard OEE Software
Peakboard OEE Software records machine run times, unit counts and scrap, then continuously calculates availability, performance and quality. It assigns reasons to losses and keeps OEE values for comparisons across shifts and periods. Operators can enter downtime and its cause by touch when a machine has no interface. Machine data can come through OPC UA, Siemens S7, MQTT or Modbus; target values, orders and inspection results can come from SAP, MES or a SQL database. Ready-made OEE applications can be customized with drag-and-drop tools or Peakbot without code. They run inside the customer network on a Peakboard Box or existing Windows hardware, without middleware. OEE values can also be stored with timestamps in Peakboard Hub for comparing shifts, lines and periods. Peakboard lists a free plan and a 180-day trial, with paid plans from €49/mo (annual). The Peakboard Box supports one monitor over HDMI, and splitting a visualization across multiple monitors is not intended.
