In their own words
DocJuris
DocJuris provides AI applications for contract review, redlining, legal operations, compliance, procurement, and other in-house legal work. Its Contract Review & Redlining app creates a first-pass redline and screening report for third-party paper, returning Word files with tracked changes, comments, and formatting intact. The web platform and API accept PDF or Word documents; the API can return redlined drafts to a contract system. DocJuris connects with Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Salesforce, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, Asana, Trello, Jira, monday.com, ClickUp, Typeform, Microsoft Forms, and Google Forms. Zapier and Microsoft Power Automate provide connections to more than 3,500 apps. The platform supports approval workflows, obligation tracking, renewal alerts, and SSO through SAML or OpenID Connect. PDF uploads are supported, though .docx is recommended. Email agents provide screening, markup, and exception-table outputs without plugins or downloads, and are free for several professional groups. DocJuris says customer data is not used to train AI models and that it is SOC 2 Type II certified. A free plan is listed; paid pricing is on request.
LeCHECK
LeCHECK is the contract review feature of Lisse Legal AI Cowork, which also covers legal drafting, research, translation, matter management, and contract management. Users can submit a contract for risk findings, suggested revisions, and comment drafts. Review can draw on an organization’s criteria, templates, and past handling history, and compare a contract with registered similar contracts or company templates to show differences. LeCHECK works as a Microsoft Word add-in; the maker says no special system migration is needed. Its research feature draws on sources such as e-Gov and government agencies, shows references with answers, and connects results to review and drafting. The maker says more than 30 lawyers supervise the legal-focused AI, but a human staff member makes the final legal decision. The service is accessed as SaaS from a PC browser, with Windows and macOS support and current Chrome or Edge recommended. Pricing depends on account count and organization structure and is available by request. A free trial requires no credit card and does not automatically charge when it ends.
