New Case Alerts monitor PACER throughout the day for covered cases. Case, patent, party, and judge profiles provide litigation history, outcomes, timing, and decision information. Group accounts can add Docket Navigator Connect to connect research with an organization’s AI provider platform; its help page lists Claude. The platform is available on web and API. A 30-day trial is offered, but there is no free plan.

LegalLink is a web platform for understanding legal issues, preparing a case brief and planning next steps before consulting a lawyer. Users can describe an issue in plain language; its analysis identifies the issue, cites relevant legislation and surfaces precedents. Case search spans more than 300,000 Australian cases and ranks similar cases by relevance. Preparation tools include summaries, evidence checklists, risk assessments and document workflows for common scenarios, including employment disputes, property and tenancy matters, and family law. The service can recommend law firms based on case type, complexity, jurisdiction, needs and firms’ records in similar matters. Its plans list judge and outcome analytics and attorney and party data, and the jurisdiction scope is described as multi-jurisdiction. The Free plan includes English and Chinese, up to 30 AI consultations monthly with a maximum of one per day, and one case summary per month. Standard is A$219.90 a year, Plus is A$299.90 a year, and Enterprise is A$699.90 a year. LegalLink says its AI information is not legal advice, and directs people seeking legal advice to a qualified attorney. Its terms require users to be at least 18. Its privacy policy says it may collect identity and usage data and allows requests for correction or deletion.
