In their own words

DocPlatform

DocPlatform is a git-native documentation platform offered as self-hosted software or a managed cloud service. Its two-way sync turns web edits into git commits and brings repository pushes into the interface. The Tiptap-based WYSIWYG editor writes Markdown and supports tables, code blocks, image embeds, and callouts. Teams can publish sites with themes, versioning, and SEO optimization, while built-in FTS5 provides full-text search without an external search service. Git sync works with GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or any git remote. A built-in MCP server connects with clients including Claude, Cursor, and VS Code over local stdio or cloud HTTPS. The self-hosted Community Edition is free and includes unlimited editors, workspaces, and pages; the cloud Free plan allows one workspace, three editors, and 50 published pages. Cloud Team costs $29 a month and includes three workspaces, 15 editors, and 150 pages per workspace. Business is listed at $79 a month as coming soon.

Documentation.AI

Documentation.AI combines an AI documentation agent, review workflows, publishing, and AI access for technical documentation. Teams can write in a visual web editor or use Markdown and MDX in Git repositories with pull-request previews. OpenAPI specifications generate API reference pages with request and response examples plus a live playground. Agent and workflow changes arrive as drafts or commits for review instead of publishing automatically. The platform includes an in-document assistant with cited answers, a Reader MCP server, and generated llms.txt. GitHub, GitLab, Jira, and Confluence can supply context, while analytics and chat integrations include Google Analytics 4, PostHog, Intercom, and Crisp. Documentation may be public, password-protected, or private with JWT or OAuth 2.0; SAML/OIDC SSO and SCIM are Enterprise features. AI work pauses when credits run out until the next cycle or a top-up, with no overage billing stated. Starter is free; Standard costs $55 a month billed yearly, and Pro costs $159 a month billed yearly.
