DocTract

DocTract is cloud-based policy management software for creating, approving, distributing, and tracking organizational policies. Automated multi-step workflows route approvals by role, send reminders, and show status in real time. Version history, timestamped audit trails, attestation tracking, and audit-ready compliance binders preserve policy records. DocTract AI answers natural-language questions with direct responses and summaries, assists drafting through custom prompts, and checks consistency, tone, style, and readability. It can analyze policies against requirements from SOX, HIPAA, CCPA, and ISO 27001. Policies support targeted distribution, acknowledgments, browser access, and optional public-facing portals. End users can use mobile-friendly browser access on desktops, tablets, or smartphones without special software. Integrations include Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SCIM, ChatGPT, and Azure OpenAI. DocTract states SOC 2 Type 2 attestation covering Security, Availability, and Confidentiality. A 15-day trial ends unless extended or converted to a subscription.

Qontiv

Qontiv is a cloud manufacturing execution system for regulated discrete manufacturers, combining production execution with quality engineering. It includes OEE tracking, electronic work instructions, statistical process control, scheduling, maintenance management, inventory and lot or serial genealogy, and dashboards. OEE uses machine signals to calculate Availability, Performance, and Quality, with downtime reasons, shift trends, Pareto analysis, and Six Big Losses breakdowns. Operators can follow instructions with measurement inputs, e-signatures, and photo evidence. The edge gateway connects through OPC-UA and MQTT; Qontiv says a first machine can be online in under two hours without middleware. Scheduling includes a drag-and-drop Gantt view, equipment utilization, and constraint-aware sequencing. The AI Copilot answers production-data questions and detects anomalies. Shipped connectors include Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion with write-back, NetSuite and SAP S/4HANA Cloud with import only, and MaintainX with bidirectional sync. Qontiv is in a pre-production design-partner phase. It has no free trial; a four-week pilot costs $10,000 fixed, credited against a first annual contract signed within 90 days of the review.
