Lara Translate

Lara Translate is a translation service for text, documents, websites, audio, images, and interpretation, with usage measured in characters. It supports 207 languages and offers access through web, API, CLI, and MCP server; mobile apps for Android and iOS are available on Pro and higher plans. Document tools handle more than 70 file formats while preserving layout, and the service includes translation memory and glossaries. The free plan includes 60,000 characters per month, one user, documents up to 10 MB, and 10,000 API characters per month, with no extra usage; signup does not require a credit card. Pro costs $9.99 a month billed annually, includes 500,000 characters monthly, and charges $0.30 per 10,000 characters for extra usage. Team plans provide shared quotas and unlimited free users. Incognito mode means content is not stored, logged, or used for training. Enterprise options include data sovereignty, residency, compliance, SSO, and dedicated account management. Professional linguists can review AI output for sensitive or business-critical material.
