In their own words
Domaynly
Domaynly is a web tool that generates startup and brand name ideas from a business description, then checks matching domain availability. Users select the top-level domains to check, and results are checked in selection order, starting with.com. Availability checks use public RDAP/WHOIS sources. Users can save favorite names and search history to form a shortlist, but domain registration must be completed with a registrar they choose; Domaynly does not sell or register domains. Availability status may be delayed or incorrect, so the company advises verifying it with a registrar before purchase. Domaynly also does not perform trademark clearance, leaving legal review to users before adopting a brand. Name-generation prompts are sent to Anthropic and/or OpenRouter. The free plan provides up to eight brand names with a free selected TLD per generation, one free guest generation, four domain variation checks per name, and saved search history. Signing up provides two additional free generations, or three if cold. Starter costs $12 once, with no monthly renewal and credits that never expire; it includes 40 generations and unlimited domain variation checks.
Inkite
Inkite generates brand-name candidates and related guidance from a company description, preferences, and optional constraints. It is described as a tool for naming startups, products, platforms, and features. The service evaluates candidate names and presents a recommended option with reasoning and positioning. Its free daily plan offers candidates and surface-level analysis, but does not include domain or social handle checks, a final verdict, or export. A Full check report covers one venture and includes up to five candidates and five checks, plus domain and social handle checks, a verdict, and PDF export. The listed founding price is $9.99 USD one-time; the page also displays $29 one-time. No account is required for the free service, while paid checks are tied to the browser session used for purchase. Inkite stores descriptions and generated results. Free results may appear on a public inspiration board after 24 hours, while paid results are private by default. Inkite says submitted inputs are not used to train or fine-tune AI models. Automated trademark, domain, and social checks are informational signals, not legal clearance or a guarantee of availability.
