DonePact AI can help draft, review, analyze and answer questions about agreements; agents operate within customer permissions, workflow settings and approvals. A Microsoft Word add-in for AI-assisted contract review is available today. DonePact is cloud-based and available on the web, with no API access. The Free plan costs nothing and covers up to 5 agreements for 14 days from sign-up, whichever comes first. Enterprise pricing is on request and not listed. Kira
Kira is Litera’s contract intelligence software for high-volume, high-stakes review and due diligence. It combines predictive and generative AI to extract contract information, answer natural-language questions with links to source documents, and produce summaries or export-ready reports. More than 1,400 pre-built smart fields are available, and teams can train additional fields. Collaborative review grids support M&A, real estate, banking, and finance work. Kira detects and categorizes 40 languages, although most built-in fields target English; some also find German, Brazilian Portuguese, and Canadian French, while non-Latin and Asian scripts are not officially supported for built-in fields. The software includes controls governing where AI is applied and can run in the cloud or on premises. Listed integrations include Microsoft 365, Litera Transact, HighQ, and Intralinks. Litera says AI+ uses Microsoft Azure OpenAI services with confidential data not retained or used to train other models. Pricing is on request; web and self-hosted options are listed.
