LaunchResto Own Mobile App gives restaurants a branded app for customers to browse menus, customize items, order and pay, track orders, and choose pickup or delivery where the restaurant offers those services. Restaurants can tailor the app's logo, colors, theme, splash screen, and content. LaunchResto says it builds the app and publishes it on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Customers can earn points, redeem rewards, use coupons and promo codes, and take part in tiered loyalty programs. Push notifications can cover promotions, discounts, new menu items, rewards, events, and updates. Customers can select a preferred location, while owners manage multiple branches from a centralized dashboard. The feature list also includes tracking app performance, orders, sales, and customer behavior. Listed integrations include Stripe, PayPal, WhatsApp, Google Analytics, Google Maps, DoorDash, Uber Direct, Twilio, Meta Pixel, Razorpay, Square, DinePlace, Yelp, Trustpilot, Google Calendar, and Mailchimp. The Branded Mobile App add-on costs $49 a month and includes Android and iOS apps, branded listings in both stores, push notifications, and in-app ordering.
