Nexkey
Nexkey replaces physical keys with cloud-managed access control for commercial doors. People can use the app on a phone or Apple Watch as a key, and the app can recognize a nearby door. Administrators can grant or revoke digital keys, schedule access, and unlock doors remotely. For a one-time visit or someone without a smartphone, they can send a unique keycode by text. Groups let administrators set door, person, and schedule rules once and apply them to additional team members. Nexkey Portal provides access management, activity insights, messaging, and real-time entry records for unlimited users and doors; bulk access can be granted through a CSV upload. Nexkey describes connecting through Zapier, with examples including Slack, Calendly, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and LiquidSpace. Its Core, Solo, and Controller products serve commercial doors and compatible electrified hardware. Pricing is on request. The app download page lists Android 9 and up and iOS 16.1 or later. Unlock events record the registered user’s name, lock location, and time.
