K4Community
K4Community is an enterprise platform for senior living communities that brings resident services and staff tools together. Staff use Team Hub to manage communications, content, events, resident information, dining and work orders. Its web interface includes role-based permissions, multi-channel publishing, task and workflow tools, and event features such as sign-ups, waitlists and attendance tracking. Residents can use the K4Community Plus app for community information, messaging, social connections, directories and maintenance requests. The app can also display wellness data from devices such as Apple Watch and Fitbit; communities using FusionOS can connect that data to an EHR system. Residents can adjust smart home settings through the app or voice commands, and Alexa-based check-ins can send reports and alerts to staff. Digital signage, K4TV and Direct Broadcast provide ways to share community information and events. K4Connect lists more than 50 integrations, including Workday, MealSuite and PointClickCare, and describes FusionOS as supporting two-way data sharing. Pricing is on request; prospective customers can schedule a demo.
