In their own words
Doxis
Doxis is an AI-powered enterprise content automation platform for managing documents and automating workflows across the document lifecycle. It combines digital file management, AI search, archiving, document processing and generation, and case routing and approvals. Search covers metadata and full text, including natural-language queries. OCR and AI can extract information, classify and route documents, support verification, detect fraud, and anonymize content. Documents can be generated from data-filled templates, with multilingual text libraries and form-to-document workflows. Doxis connects with SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and other business applications, where extracted information can update files and start workflows. Deployment options include cloud, on-premises, and hybrid; users can work from laptops, tablets, and iOS or Android smartphones, online or offline. Controls include access rights, retention periods, audit trails, versioning, and immutable archiving. The maker lists multiple security and records-management certifications, including ISO 27001 and ISO 16175:2020. Licensing is custom-fit, and pricing is on request.
Nanonets Invoice OCR
Nanonets Invoice OCR captures invoice data with AI to reduce manual entry. Its interface displays the extracted information for verification, and its pretrained extractor handles key-value fields and tabular details such as line-item descriptions, rates, and quantities. Users can train a custom model on their data to add fields for free, or request a model with additional fields. The first 100 invoices are free; line-item extraction is available on a paid plan. Documents can arrive by email, file drop, cloud folder, or API, and the service offers API integrations and custom workflows. Listed integrations include Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Dropbox, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Slack. It runs on the web, through an API, and as a self-hosted deployment. Nanonets says its products are GDPR compliant and can be hosted on premise. Starter begins with $50 in credits, then costs $100/month for 100 credits; Enterprise lists private deployment, regional data residency, audit logs, SIEM integration, and dedicated support with SLAs.
