In their own words
Drafted
Drafted is a web and Windows tool for generating and refining AI floor plans and renders. You provide rooms, house shape, lot size, and design preferences, and it generates five layout options. Walls, doors, and windows can be edited in 2D while a matching 3D model updates. Furnished floor-plan views and exterior renders support selectable materials, colors, and architectural styles. Plans can be downloaded as PDF, AutoCAD DXF, or IFC files, and the Revit add-in generates native editable building elements that sync to a Drafted account. Projects can be shared with invited collaborators using Full-Access, Review, or View Only permissions. Imperial and metric units are supported. Drafted and its Revit add-in are free. Revit generation is limited to single-family, single-story residential designs. Output is schematic, does not check building codes, and requires qualified professional review before construction.
