In their own words

Dragon Professional

Dragon Professional v16 is Windows dictation and transcription software with an on-device privacy model. It converts live speech to text and transcribes pre-existing audio, including batches handled by the Auto Transcribe Folder Agent. Custom vocabulary and voice commands are supported; custom commands can insert boilerplate, signatures, and automate workflows. The software is optimized for Windows 11, backward-compatible with Windows 10, and optimized for Office 2021. Dragon Professional supports individual users, groups, and organizations. Its Management Center distributes disclosures, templates, forms, and legal boilerplate, while volume licensing supports adding users and redistributing licenses. Dragon Anywhere Mobile supports creating, editing, and formatting documents of any length. The product states that documents can be dictated up to three times faster than typing and that recognition accuracy can reach up to 99% from first use. Support resources include technical support, training materials, e-learning, and quarterly reviews. Dragon Professional is paid, with pricing available on request.
