In their own words
DriftNote
DriftNote turns podcast episodes into summaries for listeners and production materials for creators. Listeners can submit Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, or RSS links for summaries with topics, quotes, and timestamps. They can follow podcasts to receive automatic summaries of new episodes; the Free plan allows one followed podcast and five summaries per month. Summaries can sync to Notion, be shared through public links, or posted to X or LinkedIn. DriftNote also connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Meta Muse, and other assistants that support connectors, and offers a REST API with keys available in Settings. The listener workflow runs through the website without installation or a browser extension. For producers, Producer Studio accepts MP3, MP4, M4A, and WAV files. Producer Pro creates full transcripts, show notes, timestamped chapters, five title options, and key quotes, and can learn a style profile from existing episodes. AI processing on all plans uses Google Gemini. Free is free; Pro is $9.99 a month, billed monthly. Producer Pro is $24 a month, billed monthly after a 7-day free trial.
PodRescale
PodRescale turns podcast episodes into social and promotional content that can be reviewed, scheduled, or published. Users can connect an RSS feed or Apple Podcasts link, upload MP3, WAV, M4A, or MP4 files, or paste a YouTube link. The service lists show notes, speaker quotes, chapters, title ideas, summaries, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, X threads, captioned shorts, blog articles, and A/B thumbnails as outputs. It says 11 agents transcribe, clean, clip, write, and publish each episode, with typical processing under 10 minutes. Content can be edited, queued for a calendar slot, or auto-published. Scheduling destinations include LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. The first full episode is free without a card and includes every content type; the page says its best three posts can be published. Paid plans start at $49 a month billed yearly, with allowances resetting monthly.
