In their own words
DrivePro
DrivePro is business management software for UK Approved Driving Instructors. Its branded booking page supports round-the-clock booking, payment at booking, an embeddable widget, waiting lists, and automatic confirmations. The calendar offers drag-and-drop scheduling, recurring availability, SMS reminders, offline progressive-web-app use, and cached diary information on the device. Instructors connect their own Stripe account, with pupil card payments sent directly to their bank. Accounting records lesson income, expense categories, mileage, and vehicle costs, with a live tax estimate. Pro lists HMRC Making Tax Digital filing, CPD, Standards Check preparation, mock-test route planning, and a DVSA competency tracker; the current site says HMRC software recognition is being completed. Learners can view profiles, compare prices and availability, book online, and follow syllabus progress without an app. DrivePro runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Pricing notes start at £8 per user monthly, with a 14-day trial.
