Its scheduler supports drag-and-drop planning of in-car lessons and road tests across one or more instructors, while students and parents can book lessons online from computers, phones and tablets. Student profiles can bring together contact and permit details, notes, account tasks, billing, appointments, driving records, schedules and scanned documents. Students can sign classroom and in-car sheets electronically; signatures are associated with the student, lesson and instructor and include a date and time. Schools can send customizable email and text reminders for lessons and classroom sessions. ZoomConnect manages links for virtual classes, which students can reach through the student center. Billing tracks card, cash and check payments, discounts, instructor payroll hours, sales, and earned and unearned income. The service also includes a mobile-friendly school website with hosting and email, as well as staff training and support.
