Venn
Venn is a web-based B2B collaboration platform for branded buyer workspaces, called rooms. Teams can tailor rooms with logos, messaging and curated content, then share material and coordinate buyer next steps. Mutual action plans set out shared milestones and timelines. Room analytics show who views content, when they view it and which pages they revisit. Sales teams can use rooms for tailored content, action plans and buyer engagement signals; customer success teams can prepare and follow up on quarterly business reviews. For partner evaluations, teams can collect demos, decks, scorecards and stakeholder feedback in one place. Rooms support embedded live documents and sheets from Google Workspace and Microsoft OneDrive. Listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft OneDrive and Zoho. Stakeholders can access a room through a shared link without extra logins or training. Venn has a Free plan at free with two active rooms, core sharing, a basic content library and limited integrations. Pro costs $59 a month, billed $59/user/mo, and includes unlimited rooms, action plans and advanced analytics.
