Overview

Dubb brings camera and screen video, calls to action, email campaigns, automation, and a built-in CRM into one platform. Real-time tracking of email opens, page views, video watch rates, and CTA clicks gives teams useful signals for deciding when to follow up. That combination is more relevant to ongoing outreach than to teams that only need occasional video recording.

The platform also serves marketing, customer support, real estate, recruiting, and coaching professionals. Its AI Sales Agent can research leads, verify contact information, update a CRM, triage inboxes, and run scheduled tasks, but it is priced separately from the video plans.

Key features

Video outreach and tracking

Dubb supports trackable camera and screen videos with calls to action, plus email follow-up and workflow automation. Its Chrome Extension records, hosts, shares, and tracks screen recordings from a browser; mobile recording and desktop apps extend that workflow beyond the browser. The engagement metrics are useful for prioritizing follow-up, though Starter users are limited to 25 SD videos and a 25MB upload size.

Integrations and AI

Direct integrations include Gmail, LinkedIn, Outlook, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Zapier; Dubb says it supports more than 3,000 integrations. This breadth can suit teams already working across several sales and marketing tools. The Sales Agent’s lead research, CRM updates, inbox triage, and scheduled tasks add a different kind of automation, but its monthly fee and credit allowance need to be considered independently.

Security and support

Dubb says communications use 256-bit TLS encryption and shared content can use AES-256 and end-to-end encryption. Authentication options include SAML, OAuth, password authentication, optional two-factor authentication, and support for enterprise identity platforms. Dubb also describes tools and processes to help with GDPR requirements and discusses HIPAA, PIPEDA, and PHIPA configurations. A support center is available, and the team typically responds on business days within 24 hours.

Pricing

Dubb uses a freemium model, with paid video plans from 42 /user/mo on an annual basis. Paid plans include a 7-day trial without a credit card.

Starter: 0.00 USD per free. It includes 25 SD videos, video email and SMS, basic landing pages, mobile and desktop apps, and self-serve support. It is a sensible way to try the workflow, but the video count and 25MB upload cap make it restrictive for sustained outreach.
Pro: 499.00 USD per year, billed annually, with unlimited videos and HD quality. This removes Starter’s video-count ceiling for teams that do not need 4K.
Pro Plus: 1080.00 USD per year, billed annually, with unlimited videos and 4K quality. The higher price is for teams that specifically need that resolution.
Dubb Sales Agent: 50.00 USD per month, billed separately from Dubb plans. It includes 50,000 AI credits each month; additional actions use credits. Buyers should budget for it as an add-on, not assume it comes with a video subscription.
Enterprise: Custom pricing, with volume pricing for large teams, a dedicated account manager, admin and team controls, security and compliance controls, custom integrations and API, and SSO.

The lower-cost route gives up unlimited video capacity and, on Starter, HD quality. The Sales Agent’s separate billing also means a team combining AI tasks with video outreach pays beyond the video-plan price.

Platforms

Dubb supports Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, web, an extension, and an API. The mix accommodates mobile recording and desktop or browser-based workflows, while the API and enterprise controls may matter to teams integrating the service into broader systems.

Who it's for

Dubb is a strong fit for sales teams and other customer-facing professionals who want to send video, measure recipient engagement, and connect that activity to follow-up and CRM workflows. Its integrations and enterprise options also make it worth considering for larger teams. It is less suitable for occasional video users who would not use the CRM, automation, or tracking, or for buyers who need the AI agent included in the video subscription price.

Pros and cons

Pros: Real-time engagement tracking connects opens, views, watch rates, and CTA clicks to follow-up decisions.
Pros: Video, CRM, email follow-up, automation, and integrations can support a connected outreach workflow.
Pros: Paid video plans include unlimited videos, and Pro Plus raises quality to 4K.
Cons: Starter’s 25-video cap and 25MB upload limit constrain ongoing use.
Cons: Sales Agent costs 50.00 USD per month separately and additional actions consume credits.
Cons: Pro Plus costs substantially more than Pro, so it makes sense only when 4K quality matters.

Verdict

Choose Dubb if your team will use video engagement tracking alongside CRM-connected follow-up, and its Starter cap or paid video cost fits your volume. The AI agent and wide integration range broaden its appeal, but look elsewhere if you need a less constrained free video tier or expect AI tasks to be included in the video plan.
