Dubber

Dubber is a cloud platform that captures and consolidates compliant voice recordings from telecommunications networks and collaboration services. It can bring voice, text and video from multiple platforms into one place for access, analysis and regulatory compliance. Its AI analyzes conversations for sentiment, trends, topics, alerts and highlights. Listed integrations and supported services include Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Azure and IBM Cognos. The Microsoft Teams offering includes transcription, replay, real-time search, keyword alerts and AI-enriched insights. Dubber says it uses AES-256 encryption at rest and offers data-sovereignty and resilient-connectivity options. It lists support for PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001 and MiFID II requirements, with global 24×7 support tailored to customer needs. Founded in 2011 and based in Melbourne, the company says its solutions serve communication service providers, governments and enterprises. Its iOS and Android apps stopped functioning on 31 August 2026; recordings remain accessible through the web portal, and a replacement app is in development.
