In their own words
Ducknowl
Ducknowl is a candidate screening and assessment platform for recruitment teams. Its resume parser and keyword matching organize candidate details and rank resumes against recruiter criteria; the screening page says parsing supports over 30 languages. Candidates can record one-way interview answers on their own time, while recruiters can review responses and share profiles and ratings with their team. Assessments cover programming, IT, computer literacy, accounting, language, typing and data entry. The assessment page describes real-time audio and video identity checks, restrictions on navigating away from the test screen and detailed reporting as proxy-prevention features. Recruiters can create video job descriptions. Listed integrations include Greenhouse, JazzHR, Crelate, Zoho, SmartRecruiters, Joynd, Dynamic ATS, LinkedIn, Dice, Download, Jobvite, CEIPAL and Indeed. Ducknowl says it follows SOC 2 practices, obtains applicant consent before video or technical screening, and does not share this data with third parties. It also says it supports accessible arrangements for candidates with disabilities. The platform is available on Android, iOS and the web; pricing is customized and available on request.
