The service supports German variants for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, but checks German only. Browser extensions are available for Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, and the plug-in works in text fields on services including Gmail, Web.de, GMX.de, Trello, Facebook, and WordPress. A Microsoft Word add-in supports macOS from Word 2016 and Windows from Word 2019. An internet connection is required. Its Windows packages check spelling in Russian, English and Ukrainian, while Maximum adds German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. The Russian grammar and style module uses more than 30,000 rules and algorithms for agreement and punctuation, and the Russian dictionary contains more than 300,000 lexemes. Windows packages include ORFO Editor, ORFO Agent, a thesaurus and a Russian grammar reference. Listed compatibility includes Microsoft Office 2007–2019 and 365, LibreOffice 3.3–5.x 32-bit, Apache OpenOffice 3.3–4.x and other applications. Professional Plus adds Adobe InCopy and InDesign support, additional dictionaries and search and replacement across word forms. A license has no time limit, with program and dictionary updates included for one year after purchase. Customers with an active one-year subscription can use ORFO Online without limits after activating a product key. Trial downloads are listed for Windows and macOS. The macOS package supports x86 processors; M1, M2 and other ARM-compatible processors are not supported.
