In their own words
Dydra
Dydra is a cloud graph database for highly connected data, including social networks. It stores information as a property graph and supports SPARQL 1.1 queries and updates through a standard endpoint for each repository. Repositories import RDFa, RDF/JSON, N-Quads, N-Triples, RDF/XML, TriG and Turtle, and export N-Triples, Turtle and RDF/XML. Dydra also provides a standard REST API and a Ruby client gem that can operate as a command-line interface. The service says it manages versioning, disaster recovery and performance for the data store. Described applications include social networking, movie relationships and transaction logs. A free Basic use plan has limited resources: public evaluation accounts allow five queries per second and repositories should remain at or below one million statements. Federation is disabled for public accounts, and the default graph is fixed to the repository default. Customers retain data ownership and may delete data. Dydra is headquartered in Berlin, Germany.
RedStore
RedStore is a free, self-hosted RDF triplestore written in C with the Redland library. It provides a built-in HTTP server and interface for loading and querying RDF data. Supported standards include SPARQL 1.0 Query, SPARQL 1.1 Protocol for RDF, SPARQL 1.1 Graph Store HTTP Protocol, and SPARQL 1.1 Service Description. The project describes support for a wide range of RDF formats, including Turtle. Storage modules can use hashes, MySQL, memory, PostgreSQL, SQLite, or Virtuoso when contexts are supported; hashes is the default. A URI can be loaded at startup, or RDF files can be sent with HTTP PUT. The /sparql endpoint works with the SPARQL Query Tool, and rdfproc supports offline operations. Redland is the only listed runtime dependency, with minimum versions for raptor2, rasqal, and redland. Installation uses configure, make, and make install. RedStore runs on Linux and macOS, offers API use, and has a Mac OS X app.
