e-Courier
e-Courier is cloud logistics software for courier companies, shippers and third-party logistics providers. Its platform combines CMS, Dispatch, Customer Portal and ecMobile. CMS handles repeat and routed order entry, configurable customer workflows, driver management, and zone- or distance-based delivery pricing. Dispatch offers real-time driver and parcel tracking, proof of delivery, ETAs, exception alerts and route optimization. The Customer Portal supports manual or barcode order entry, branded experiences, live shipment updates, guest tracking and delivery proof. ecMobile runs on Android and iOS and supports navigation, barcode and document scanning, signatures, location data and proof of delivery. The API supports JSON and SOAP for creating or updating orders, searching statuses, requesting quotes, checking availability and cancellations. API connectivity requires a one-time Help Center configuration. CMS EDI sends event-driven updates through web endpoints, SFTP, FTP or AS2. The service can provide signature images, bills of lading and GPS data. Pricing is personalized, based on daily active-driver count, with unlimited users across departments. Agreements typically run 12 months and cannot be canceled mid-term.
GetDeliveryProof
GetDeliveryProof records delivery evidence with a photo, GPS location, timestamp, and driver identity. It is designed to work alongside delivery teams’ existing software and is aimed at contractors, oil and propane dealers, material drops, and small fleets. Drivers can capture photo, location, and time while offline; the app retries uploads and syncs when connectivity returns. Managers can use the admin portal to view photos and GPS data, explore an interactive map, search and filter records, handle disputes, and report on deliveries. Ticket OCR can extract account numbers, order IDs, addresses, and printed customer contact details. Office staff can email proof on request with every plan, while automatic confirmations depend on a phone number or email on the ticket or stop. The service is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Starter costs $10 a month for 1–2 drivers and 30 images per day; Team is $25 a month for unlimited users and 100 images per day; Enterprise is $70 a month for higher volume and premium add-ons. A 30-day trial requires no credit card, but has image, retention, and support limits.
