EAB Transfer Portal vs Ellucian CRM Recruit

EAB Transfer Portal is a web tool for prospective transfer students and the institutional teams supporting recruitment and enrollment. Students can explore how prior coursework may fit a degree, review majors and related career information, and receive customized guidance through application and enrollment steps. The portal uses institutional student-information-system and degree-audit data to show credit estimates and progress toward a degree. Admissions staff get a dashboard for monitoring portal use, finding course-equivalency gaps, and collecting information for outreach. EAB describes analytics for identifying feeder schools and transfer-yield opportunities. Portal accounts can be exported to an institution’s CRM, and the product includes transfer-credit rules. Partner institutions receive events, resources, and guidance from a strategic leader. EAB says it uses physical, administrative, and technological safeguards for personal information. The portal is web-based, while pricing is on request. Access to the Transfer Portal help center and partner resource center requires EAB partnership access.
