In their own words
Easy Cut Studio
Easy Cut Studio is sign-design and vinyl-cutting software for creating designs and cutting them with a vinyl cutter or plotter. It includes drawing and editing tools, text effects, and image tracing that converts imported graphics into editable vector paths. It accepts more than 20 import formats, including SVG, PDF, PNG, EPS, AI, GSD, FCM, and WPC, and exports to eight image formats. Cutting features include contour print-and-cut with registration marks, layers, nesting, rhinestone templates, and controls for pressure, speed, blade offset, and overcut. The maker says the software supports more than 800 cutter and plotter models, with USB, COM/Serial, LPT/Parallel, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connectivity. It cannot cut directly to Cricut or Brother ScanNCut, though designs can be exported for those systems. The 15-day Windows and macOS demo adds two horizontal watermark lines to cuts and disables saving and exporting. The Windows and Mac editions each cost $59.95 as a one-time purchase purchase, with no subscription.
EasySIGN
EasySIGN is Windows production software for designing and preparing graphics for print, cutting, and related workflows, including T-shirt production. It supports DTF, vinyl, screen printing, and sublimation. Variable-data tools merge names, numbers, and logos from files, including CSV files, while reusable templates support repeat orders and batch runs. Preparation tools add cropmarks, bleeds, white underlays, sticker contours, weed borders, and FlexCut lines. EasySIGN can print through third-party RIP software such as VersaWorks, Rasterlink, ONYX, Caldera, and Agfa Asanti. Its feature details describe two-way and layer compatibility with Adobe and Corel. The maker lists more than 400 cutting plotter drivers and over 20 supported third-party RIPs. Plans are EasySIGN Starter at €12.50 per month, Pro at €33.00 per month, and Premium at €58.25 per month. A 30-day trial and a displayed 30-day money-back guarantee apply to listed subscriptions. Regular licenses require internet access when starting the software; offline licenses are available as an option. Mac use requires running Windows in a virtual environment such as Boot Camp or Parallels.
