Overview

Founded in 2008, Easy Storage Solutions merged with Storable in 2020; the product is now called Storable Easy. It brings rental operations, billing, tenant communication, collections and reporting into a cloud service. That breadth suits operators who want to manage core facility work in one place, though buyers should weigh the cost of supplemental services as well as the base software.

Key features

The integrated marketing website lets tenants check availability, rent units and pay online around the clock. This gives prospective tenants a route to complete a rental outside office hours, while recurring billing and payment processing handle ongoing charges. Automated collections tools support follow-up on delinquent accounts, a useful complement to the standard billing workflow.

Staff can text, email or call tenants without changing platforms. Real-time financial and accounting reports cover income, deposits and tenant payments, offering operators current figures for facility oversight.

Storable Easy is cloud-based and requires no download, installation or customer-managed backup. Phone and email technical support is available, with weekday and Saturday hours. Onboarding is self-guided, and the vendor says customers often complete it in one to two days; operators who want a guided implementation should account for that self-service approach.

SEO and online marketing, cloud access control, tenant protection and Storage Marketplace are supplemental offerings. They may help operators consolidate more services with one provider, but each can add a monthly charge, so they should be evaluated against the facility’s actual needs.

Pricing

There is no free software plan. A free demo is priced at no cost, but it is a demonstration rather than a usable software plan. Storable Easy management software has custom pricing that varies by facility size, and supplemental services cost extra monthly. Operators should request a quote that separates the base management software from any add-ons they are considering.

Platforms

Storable Easy runs on Android, iOS and the web. Its cloud delivery avoids local installation and customer-managed backups, making it a fit for operators who want browser or mobile access rather than a locally installed system.

Who it's for

The product was designed with single-facility operators in mind and can serve owners of a small number of facilities. Its online rentals, billing, collections and communications are especially relevant to operators seeking a unified workflow. Multi-site management is supported, but operators with larger portfolios should confirm that the custom quote and their required workflows fit their scale.

Pros and cons

Broad rental workflow: Online rentals, recurring billing, payment processing and automated collections cover key steps from lease activity through payment follow-up.
Tenant work stays together: Text, email and phone communication are available within the platform, alongside real-time financial reporting.
Cloud operation: No installation or customer-managed backup is required, and self-guided onboarding is often completed in one to two days.
Costs can extend beyond the base plan: Pricing depends on facility size, while supplemental offerings carry extra monthly charges; the demo is not a free operating plan.

Alternatives

Storage Commander is worth considering for operators who need its broader platform range, including Linux, macOS, Windows and self-hosted options; its Establish plan includes cloud management, online rentals, reservations, payments, a tenant portal, e-signatures, lead tracking and cloud gate integration.

Boxpilote may suit operators who prefer a subscription payable monthly or annually, with pricing quoted or shown at subscription in euros excluding tax. SiteLink is an alternative for buyers seeking a monthly commitment that can be cancelled anytime, with price and unit limits provided in an order form.

Alyta is a choice for operators seeking a freemium option or a stated subscription of 49.99 USD per month for 20 spaces per location, billed at $49.99 AUD/month, with a 10% saving for yearly payment. CCStorage may appeal to buyers who want software with no monthly fee or contract, or an Enterprise multi-location website plan starting at 99.00 USD per month.

Ayillo Tenant Screening is an option for buyers seeking a paid workspace plan at 49.00 USD per month, billed monthly per workspace and including the first five units. KeeSpaces is another paid alternative with a free trial. Spacivity is a web-based freemium option with a free plan for one location and up to three storage units.

Verdict

Storable Easy is a strong fit for a single-facility operator who wants online rentals, billing, collections, tenant communication and reporting in one cloud system. Its main advantage is the span of routine rental work it brings together; its main drawback is custom pricing with extra monthly charges for supplemental services. Request a facility-specific quote and compare the cost of required add-ons before choosing it.
