Overview

easybook.studio is a web-based booking and payment service for studios and independent instructors. It is a strong fit for class businesses that want recurring schedules, self-tracking passes and automatic waitlist handling. The no-commission model is appealing, but online payments require a paid plan and the free tier is limited to 25 customers.

Key features

Recurring classes and workshops, cancellation policies, attendance lists and unlimited bookings cover the essentials for a class schedule. Automatic waitlist booking is a practical strength: when a participant cancels, the next person is booked without staff arranging a replacement. That should matter most to studios with busy classes and frequent cancellations.

Customers can buy class passes and memberships that renew and track themselves. Bookings can come through an embeddable website widget or the studio’s own booking page, in German or English. Whereby video streaming is also supported, making the service relevant to instructors who run online sessions as well as in-person classes.

The listed online payment options include card, SEPA, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay; plan descriptions name card, SEPA and PayPal. Payments go directly to the studio’s own Stripe or PayPal account, and the maker says it takes no booking commission. Direct payouts and no booking commission keep the payment setup straightforward, but the cash-only free plan is unsuitable for businesses that require customers to pay online when booking.

Paid plans include a self-service tool to migrate Eversports customers, products, bookings and events. The founder personally answers support emails, and the site offers onboarding help, useful points for studios moving an existing operation. The privacy policy describes SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, encryption for stored data, access restrictions and authentication; it names Supabase, Cloudflare and Google Cloud hosting on EU servers.

Pricing

easybook.studio is freemium, with a 30-day trial and paid plans advertised from €5/mo. The plan figures below show discounted monthly charges alongside regular prices and the discount terms; the discounted charges are not the same as the stated regular monthly prices.

Free: Free, with 25 customers, one team member and unlimited bookings. Cash is the only payment option, so it works as a small-scale test or for a studio that collects payment in person, not one that needs online checkout.
Basic: 250.00 EUR per month, billed 75% off for 2 years; regular price 10 €. It allows 500 customers and 10 team members, with online card, SEPA and PayPal payments. This fits a modest studio needing online payment, though the customer ceiling may become restrictive as it grows.
Instructor: 250.00 EUR per month, billed 50% off for 1 year; regular price 5 €. It allows 500 customers and one team member, and adds studio connections and studio-time booking. It is tailored to a solo instructor who needs those studio features, rather than a team that needs multiple staff accounts.
Growing: 625.00 EUR per month, billed 75% off for 2 years; regular price 25 €. With 1,000 customers, 100 team members and online card, SEPA and PayPal payments, it suits a larger operation whose team capacity exceeds Basic.
Business: 1225.00 EUR per month, billed 75% off for 2 years; regular price 49 €. Unlimited customers and team members, plus online card, SEPA and PayPal, make this the option for businesses that would outgrow the lower plans’ customer or staff caps.

The plan descriptions give discount periods but no renewal terms, so compare the regular prices as well as the discounted charges when budgeting beyond those periods.

Platforms

The product runs on the web. That suits studios managing bookings through a browser, but readers seeking a dedicated mobile app should consider an alternative with Android or iOS support.

Who it's for

Choose easybook.studio if you run a studio or teach independently and want classes, memberships, attendance and payments in one booking workflow, particularly if automatic waitlist promotion or an Eversports migration matters. The Instructor plan’s one-team-member cap makes it a more natural fit for a solo operator; Basic and above offer more staff capacity. Look elsewhere if you need online payments on a free plan or if a native mobile app is essential.

Pros and cons

Pro: Automatic booking from the waitlist after a cancellation reduces manual replacement work.
Pro: No booking commission is claimed, and payments go directly to the studio’s Stripe or PayPal account.
Pro: Paid Eversports migration covers customers, products, bookings and events, easing a move from that service.
Con: Free is capped at 25 customers and one team member, and accepts cash only; it is not a viable online-payment setup.
Con: Basic, Growing and Business rely on discounted charges with stated regular prices of 10 €, 25 € and 49 € respectively; budget against the regular rates as well.
Con: Web is the only listed platform, which excludes readers who require a dedicated Android or iOS app.

Alternatives

For a category-wide comparison, start with Pilates Studio Software.

WellnessLiving is worth comparing if Android or iOS support matters: it runs on both as well as the web, and its Starter plan is 62.00 USD per month billed annually for one staff member.
Agon is a different choice for readers seeking a desktop app: it supports macOS and Windows as well as Android and iOS, and its Free download is free with all modules included and no subscription needed to run.
Momence is an alternative for businesses prepared to request a tailored quote; its pricing is custom.
Gymdesk may suit a business comparing a paid, member-count-based option; its listed Gymdesk plan is 75.00 USD per month for up to 50 members.
Hone is another option to compare for a solo instructor, with an Instructor plan at 14.00 USD per month and unlimited class plans.
ScheduleBliss offers a paid alternative at 39.00 USD per month, with unlimited members, clients, staff and professionals.
TeamUp is worth considering if you want pricing tied to active customers; its 101–200 active-customer plan is 189.00 USD per month.
Arketa is another paid option; its Individual plan is 49.00 USD per month billed annually and has a 3% transaction fee plus Stripe fees.

Verdict

easybook.studio is a sensible choice for independent instructors and studios that want recurring class bookings, self-managing memberships and automatic waitlists without a booking commission. Its strongest case is the combination of direct payouts and practical class workflows, with Eversports migration as a useful extra for studios switching systems. The main reasons to look elsewhere are the cash-only free plan, the small free customer cap and the absence of a listed mobile app.
