The platform also offers an AI Sidekick, an Order Routing Agent, and an Order Monitoring Agent. Documented APIs connect it to ERP, WMS, commerce platforms, POS systems, carriers, and other tools; external AI agents can connect through its open MCP-based onX protocol. Backoffice is web-based, Operations runs on web and Android, Inventory on Android, and Returns on Android and iOS. REST and GraphQL APIs are available, alongside an open-source TypeScript SDK that does not yet cover all API features. The company says the platform is EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant, ISO/IEC 27001-certified, and runs on Google Cloud. Pricing is on request; the documentation describes a 30-day trial.
