Easygenerator is a web-based e-learning platform for employees to create and share learning content. Its course editor supports authoring, and documents can be converted into course drafts. Courses can include quizzes, videos, scenarios, and other interactive elements. EasyAI can help draft and structure content, add blocks, and give feedback on grammar, tone, and readability. Distribution options include LMS integrations, SCORM, xAPI, private links, embeds, PDF export, and LTI. Native integrations include Cornerstone, LearnUpon, Degreed, HowNow, and BlendLXP; EasyTranslate supports content creation and management in 75 languages. The 14-day trial includes all features and does not require a credit card. After the trial, an account switches to the Free plan, which allows one course. Pro costs $116 a month billed annually and includes one author, 10 courses, and 100 learners. Team costs $582 a month billed annually and starts at five authors, with unlimited courses and learners. Public APIs are not currently available; author SSO is limited to Enterprise, while learner SSO is available on Team and Enterprise.

After a trial or license ends without an upgrade, published content becomes unpublished, though the account retains access to it.
