In their own words

Eat App

Eat App is a cloud-based platform for restaurant reservations, table management, and guest CRM. It accepts real-time online bookings around the clock through a venue’s website, social media, and partner network. Staff can manage tables in timeline, grid, floor, or list views, with capacity controls and pacing tools. Guest profiles can store preferences, visit history, and spending, while CRM tools segment guests for targeted email and SMS campaigns. Reports cover busy periods, no-shows, waitlists, guest trends, and spending patterns. Integrations span POS, voice, payments, booking channels, hotel or property-management systems, and printers, with examples including Lightspeed, Google, Instagram, Stripe, and Mews. Eat App is available on web, Android, and iOS; mobile and iPad apps support offline use and sync when a connection returns. The Free plan costs nothing and is limited to 100 guests monthly. Paid plans start at $69/mo (annual), and a 14-day trial is listed. The company says data is encrypted in transit and at rest and that it has SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications.

GetReserve

GetReserve is a restaurant reservation and table-management platform for front-of-house operations. It brings online, phone, and walk-in bookings into a live reservation book with list and calendar views, booking statuses, and change history. Restaurants can create floor plans for multiple spaces, and guests can select available tables when booking. A waitlist captures walk-ins, estimates waits, and sends updates through Telegram, Viber, and WhatsApp. Guest profiles can hold visit history, contact details, preferences, allergies, notes, tags, and important dates. Analytics cover reservations, covers, cancellations, no-shows, and busy hours and days. Restaurants can share a hosted booking page through their website, Google Business Profile, Instagram, or a QR code. The browser-based service works on desktop, tablet, and phone without extra hardware. Plans range from Free to Enterprise; the Free plan is free, while listed paid plans include Starter at $49 a month and pricing from $39/mo (annual). All plans have no per-cover or per-reservation fees.
