EazyQ is an AI-powered digital front desk for local businesses, handling WhatsApp queries, appointments, queues, and walk-ins. Customers can join a queue or book an appointment through a QR code, WhatsApp link, or web link without installing an app or logging in. Queue tools include digital tokens, live tracking, WhatsApp alerts, analytics, and multi-branch support; online bookings can sit alongside walk-in queues.
