eBrevia
eBrevia is a contract intelligence suite for reviewing agreements, extracting terms, drafting and redlining documents, and connecting contract data with business systems. Contract Analyzer examines large contract sets, identifies clauses and obligations, compares provisions, flags risks, and answers questions with source-linked results. It includes more than 700 pre-trained extraction fields and supports custom fields. DraftPro, a Microsoft Word add-in, applies playbooks, flags deviations, suggests fallback wording, and prepares redlines. Lens lets users ask natural-language questions across contract sets without creating a separate extraction model for each question. eBrevia Connect syncs with more than 2,000 applications, databases, and systems, including SharePoint, Box, Salesforce, SAP, iManage, Relativity, NetDocuments, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps. Deployment options are cloud access and on-premise installation, with an open API. eBrevia states SOC 1 and SOC 2 certification, GDPR and HIPAA compliance, encrypted storage, access controls, monitoring, and regular audits. It serves law firms, corporations, audit and consulting companies, and financial institutions. Pricing is on request.
Maigon
Maigon is a paid AI contract review platform for legal and commercial teams, available on the web and as a browser extension. Users can upload DOCX or PDF agreements to surface clauses, identify risks, answer questions, draft wording, and edit contracts with redlines. A sortable review dashboard organizes findings, while an assistant can summarize obligations, suggest fallback language, and explain redlines. Listed workflows cover NDAs, DPAs, consultancy agreements, privacy policies, product supply agreements, R&D agreements, and end-user licence agreements. Its DPA workflow checks GDPR and current EDPB guidance and extracts clauses, concepts, terms, risks, and recommendations. Privacy-document reviews assess statements against GDPR criteria. The Chrome extension reviews Google Docs and Drive files, showing compliance scores, severity-ranked issues, proposed tracked edits, summaries, and comment-thread findings. Content is sent for review only after selecting Review, and edits are applied only when a suggestion is accepted. Maigon says uploaded documents are processed for review and then deleted. Its output is informational, not legal advice.
