In their own words
eDepoze
eDepoze is deposition exhibit software for preparing electronic exhibits and introducing them securely during depositions. Documents remain confidential until introduction and are then shared individually in real time. Participants can annotate their own copies while others see a clean exhibit. The platform maintains exhibit logs at both session and case level, with exportable hyperlinks. Additional modules support witness preparation, arbitration, mediation, hearings, and trials. Its video conferencing feature lists HD audio and video, screen sharing, breakout rooms, waiting rooms, and end-to-end encryption. Supported file types include PDF, Office documents, text, image, audio, and video; non-audio and video files are converted to PDF. eDepoze is available on the web and iOS. The maker recommends at least 5 Mbps upload and download speeds for the best experience and notes that performance can depend on connection speed and document size. A 30-day trial is listed. Session and event fees vary by role and event, while annual subscription and enterprise plan prices are available by contacting eDepoze.
LiveLitigation
LiveLitigation provides software for remote depositions, trials, mediations, and arbitrations, with tools for transcripts, video, and electronic exhibits. Realtime streams a court reporter's transcript to multiple attorneys as testimony is spoken, with search, highlights, and notes. Local Realtime sends transcripts over a private network without internet and includes a pre-configured wireless router with the subscription. The browser-based eSuite combines video conferencing, transcript streaming, and electronic exhibits without installation. Participants can annotate exhibits together, apply exhibit stamps, and submit them for the record while originals remain untouched. Other eSuite tools include team chat, VoIP or teleconferencing bridges, screen sharing, breakout rooms, witness recording, and AI transcript summaries. Sessions use 256-bit TLS encryption and unique attendee codes. eSuite works in modern desktop and mobile browsers; Realtime also has apps for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Local Only costs $399 a year, and Local + Remote costs $699 a year. LiveLitigation advertises 24/7 emergency support. Uploaded files may be temporary, are not provided with permanent archival storage, and may be deleted after as little as 48 hours.
