In their own words

Editsub

EditSub is a web-based subtitle editor and management tool for changing subtitle text, adjusting timing, translating subtitles and converting formats. It works with SRT, VTT, SBV, SUB, ASS and SSA files, and exports SRT and VTT. Its AI translation supports more than 100 languages. Local audio or video files up to 10 minutes can be transcribed free without logging in; longer files and translation require credits. The AI co-pilot can flag reading-speed, timing, overlap, gap, line-length and transcription issues, and can fix or rewrite cues. Timing tools include frame-accurate adjustment, batch shifting, waveform synchronization and real-time preview. Video-to-subtitle accepts listed audio and video formats, with a maximum media size of 3072 MB; subtitle uploads are limited to 10 MB. The free plan includes 10 subtitle files. Pro is listed at $4 a year, billed $48 per year, with 1,500 credits per month.
