In their own words
Enflux
Enflux is a higher-education analytics and decision support system for academic leaders and health professions programs. It brings together information from learning management systems, assessment tools, surveys and exam results, then provides dashboards for student performance, advising and assessment analysis. Real-time risk indicators can help staff identify students for intervention, while reports support accreditation and curriculum evaluation. Enflux aligns curriculum, assessments and outcomes with accreditation standards and includes reporting and audit trails. Its CompetencyGenie tool uses AI to tag ExamSoft exam items and map them to competencies; ExamSoft users can access it through a Chrome extension. A single instance can cover university systems or multiple programs, with campus and program filters. The cloud-based service runs online without local installation and offers single sign-on. Enflux says data is encrypted in transit and at rest on AWS, and states that it is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and FERPA compliant. The platform's price is available on request; the CompetencyGenie extension is listed at free, and a free trial is available.
