Edublogs
Edublogs is a WordPress-powered publishing platform for educators and students, available on the web, Android, and iOS. Its free class-management tools let educators group students, oversee their work, and give private feedback on assignments. Privacy settings control access to site content; student blogs and content default to private and can be made public with teacher approval for class accounts or written parent request. Education-specific themes and plugins are available, and third-party themes are code reviewed before use. Users can import content from other platforms and export their blog. The plugin directory includes Google Calendar, Google Tag Manager, Jetpack, LDAP Authentication, and JSON Feed, but users cannot upload their own plugins. The dashboard is mobile friendly in a tablet browser; the WordPress app can be used with Pro blogs or student blogs attached to a Pro blog through My Class. The Free plan includes 256 MB storage, 50 posts and pages daily, and a 30 MB maximum file size. Pro costs $39.95 a year and includes 50 GB storage; all listed plans include 24/7 support.

Integrations include Stripe, Zapier, Slack, YouTube, Google Analytics, and GitHub. Paid plans start at $18/mo (annual), with a 14-day trial and no permanent free plan. Starter costs $18 a month, billed yearly, and includes 1,000 members, one staff user, and a 5 MB file upload limit. Ghost charges a 0% fee on publication revenue; payment processor fees still apply. Ghost(Pro) includes security protections, while all plans include device verification and email-based two-factor authentication.
