In their own words
EduCRM
EduCRM is browser-based CRM software for education consultants and agencies managing student recruitment and admissions work. A student record can include parent contacts, sessions, notes, applications, documents, tasks, payments, and invoices. Each university application has its own stage, deadline, documents, and owner, and applications can be managed on a drag-and-drop board. Optional two-way Google Calendar synchronization covers sessions, tasks, and deadlines. Premium registration forms create branded sign-up pages on an EduCRM subdomain, with 47 ready-made questions and up to 10 custom questions. AI can convert spoken notes into tasks and suggest spreadsheet column mappings, with user confirmation required before saving. Data is stored in Google Cloud's europe-west1 region and encrypted in transit and at rest. Workspaces use owner, admin, counsellor, and viewer roles, with workspace separation and an immutable log of access and admin events. The browser app runs in English and Greek and requires no installation. The Free plan covers up to 10 students; Premium costs €49.99/month and supports up to 1499 students.
Keystone Hub
Keystone Hub is a CRM for higher-education institutions managing student leads, personalized outreach, recruitment, and enrollment. It gathers inquiries from multiple sources into one dashboard, where teams can score and prioritize leads with customized criteria. Automated responses and marketing automation support follow-up, while support for more than 13 languages serves multilingual recruitment. Institutions can use Keystone Hub alone or connect it to an existing CRM. A Keystone profile can publish program start dates, course content, deadlines, images, and videos. Leads can connect to another CRM through Zapier or Make webhooks, using the institution’s own account and a Keystone API key. The onboarding team handles setup, including integrations and automated responses. The service runs on the web and through an API. It has technical and organizational security measures, need-based data access, and supplier data-processing agreements. Bundled use has no extra cost; independent-license pricing is available on request.
