eG Enterprise is an application and infrastructure monitoring platform from eG Innovations, founded in 2001 and headquartered in Singapore. It correlates user experience, application behavior, and infrastructure health to help identify why applications are slow. Transaction tracing follows Java and.NET activity across application tiers, including errors, database queries, and remote service calls. Agentless digital user experience monitoring identifies slow pages, affected locations, and whether delays arise in browsers, networks, content, or server processing. The Web App Simulator records and replays journeys, runs scripts from multiple locations, and captures failure screenshots. Coverage spans more than 650 technologies across applications, clouds, virtualization, operating systems, storage, networks, custom applications, and containers. Deployment can be SaaS or on premises for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Service desk, orchestration, DevOps, and ServiceNow integrations support incident workflows.
