ElevatorPlus is cloud-based service management software for elevator contractors, property managers, and service providers. It handles quotations, installation projects, breakdowns, annual maintenance contracts, preventive maintenance, leads, inventory, technician location, QR-code complaints, and MIS dashboards. Its mobile field app can capture jobs without connectivity, including checklists, photos, and customer signatures, then synchronize when a connection returns. Native connections include IndiaMART, Meta Ads, website and Google Forms, WhatsApp Business API, Tally, payment gateways, GreatHR, and MCP access for Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot. The product also offers a documented open API and an n8n automation layer. The maker says data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit, with role-based access controls and a logged audit trail. Default AWS hosting includes daily automated backups; Mumbai hosting is specified for India. Self-hosting is available in regulated markets, subject to country-specific eligibility and customization. Checklists include EN-81 and A17.1 standards, with photos and signatures saved per job. The default deployment is cloud SaaS; private cloud and on-premises options are available on annual Enterprise contracts. Listed integrations include WhatsApp, SMS, SMTP, and Google Calendar.
