Voicemaker turns typed or pasted text into audio, with controls for voice speed, pitch, and volume. Its listed tools also include speech-to-speech voice conversion and speech-to-text. The voice library lists 500 voices, and the service supports up to 140 languages on paid plans; the Free plan lists 120. Output formats include MP3, OGG, WAV, OPUS, AAC, and telephony audio. Voicemaker is available on the web and through a pay-as-you-go REST API for integrating text-to-speech, speech-to-speech, and speech-to-text into apps and workflows. Plans use credits, charged at conversion rather than download, with CJK characters using two credits each. The Free plan costs nothing and allows limited generations, up to 250 characters per conversion, and personal use. Starter costs $5 a month and includes 200,000 monthly credits, a 3,000-character limit, and 140 languages. Paid plans include commercial usage rights; the free tier is for personal, internal evaluation, or non-commercial use. Voicemaker supports SSML.
