EmployeeConnect
EmployeeConnect is a cloud HRIS for managing employee processes from recruitment and onboarding through performance, engagement, and payroll. Its features include applicant tracking, career sites, interview scheduling, job board distribution, workflow automation, performance and OKRs, engagement surveys, leave calculations, and superannuation contributions. The platform is designed for Australian compliance and includes an Award Interpretation Engine. Listed integration partners include KeyPay, Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, MYOB, ADP, Zapier, Udemy, and Google. EmployeeConnect says its Information Security Management System is independently ISO 27001 certified, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access uses least-privilege role-based controls. It says data is hosted in geographically redundant Microsoft Azure data centres. Implementations include a dedicated consultant, initial configuration, and data upload assistance; a knowledge base provides videos, guides, and FAQs. The product runs on Android, iOS, and web.
