KalliopeCTI connects telephone and IT systems for business processes. Its desktop client supports click-to-call, call-triggered actions, address book and call detail record access, phone remote control, softphone mode, and instant messaging. Outlook contact synchronization is available in Pro and Phone modes. Android and iOS apps place calls through company lines, so recipients see the office number, and provide real-time extension call notifications. The Windows attendant console classifies incoming calls, lets users select calls, and supports keyboard shortcuts and drag-and-drop forwarding. It also offers CTI mode for Snom and Yealink phones. KalliopeCTI is listed for Kalliope PBX, Kalliope4SP, and KalliopeCloud. The KCTI 4 Free mode is listed at free for Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu.
