eQuorum ImageSite

eQuorum ImageSite is an HTML5 engineering workflow and document management system for handling documents and drawings throughout their lifecycle, from creation and revision to approval, action, archiving, and destruction. It includes versioning, workflow automation, retention policies, audit trails, and electronic signatures. For CAD work, it connects with AutoCAD, Inventor, MicroStation, SOLIDWORKS, and NX, with reference-file associations, viewing, markup, and CAD property search. Users can view and mark up documents in a mobile browser without installing an app. ImageSite can be deployed on-premise or in a private cloud, with listed platforms including Android, iOS, web, Windows, and self-hosted. Integrations include Autodesk Vault, Microsoft Office and Outlook, SharePoint, SAP, Azure, OneLogin, AWS, Okta, and Google Suite. eQuorum describes encryption, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, and alignment with NIST, ITAR, and NERC/CIP guidelines. Its FAQ says there is no restriction on file count or size. Pricing is on request; there is no free plan, but a free trial is available.
