EnTribe vs Higher Logic Customer Advocacy

EnTribe is a SaaS platform for building a brand community of creators and managing user-generated content. Customizable forms collect photo and video submissions and obtain creator usage permission when content is submitted. AI-assisted tagging, Smart Albums, labels, and filters help teams organize and rank assets. EnTribe says it verifies ownership and authenticity with a Verification Score and image metadata. Teams can publish content through customized embeddable galleries, social apps, and other digital touchpoints. Campaign and asset dashboards provide metrics, comparisons, and a leaderboard of top creators; profiles and CRM tools support segmentation, personalized emails, and communication history. A Media Hub shares approved asset albums, while tiered rewards and social search provide additional tools. Contributors can import content from Google Drive, Google Photos, TikTok, and YouTube after granting access. The web platform has a free plan listed at free. EnTribe’s terms reserve the right to charge for some or all services later. EnTribe Connect is an extension for bookmarking Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter posts and requesting rights, but it requires an active platform subscription.
