In their own words
Epiq Discover
Epiq Discover is a cloud-based eDiscovery platform for preserving, processing, analyzing, reviewing, and producing data for litigation, investigations, regulatory requests, data subject access requests, and cross-border discovery. It automates workflows from collection through production and gathers email, cloud, mobile-device, and messaging data into a unified review format. A dashboard supports early case assessment, conceptual analysis, and keyword-filter adjustment. Continuous Active Learning prioritizes documents from reviewer decisions, while automated classification addresses issues, relevance, personally identifiable information, and privilege. Epiq Assist uses conversational AI to analyze datasets, build evidence-linked timelines, and create factsheets. AI translation supports 74 languages, and transcription detects language and understands dialect in audio and video. Classification protocols can be edited and documents rerun without additional fees; Excel files can be reviewed and redacted natively. The platform connects with Epiq tools and supports direct transitions to Relativity or Relativity aiR. Data can be hosted in any AWS region. SOC II Type II certification, AWS ISO 27001 framework, and 24/7/365 support are listed. Pricing is on request.
