Epsilla is an Agent-as-a-Service platform for creating and deploying vertical AI agents without infrastructure complexity. Its drag-and-drop builder is intended for no-code agent creation, while retrieval-augmented generation connects agents to enterprise knowledge bases. Users can upload PDF, DOCX, CSV, HTML, and JSON documents from local drives, cloud drives, or web pages, then configure chat history, top-K retrieval, and metadata filtering. Management tools monitor, analyze, and optimize agents and chatbots. Multi-tenancy provides granular permissions and access controls. TokenRouter provides access to commercial and open-source models through one API key.
