Overview

Officely brings desk reservations, room availability and parking coordination into familiar collaboration apps, with hybrid scheduling and office analytics alongside bookings. That combination can reduce the need to manage separate processes for each kind of workplace resource. The trade-off is a lack of floor plan view: teams that choose desks by location on a visual map may find the booking experience too limited.

Key features

Employees can reserve desks in one click, check in daily and see booking and attendance information. The 42-day booking horizon supports planning several weeks ahead, while analytics distinguishes who booked from who showed up and highlights underused spaces. That is useful to office managers and leadership assessing how much space teams actually need.

Meeting Rooms by Officely shows live availability and supports booking in Slack and Teams. Hybrid scheduling adds daily updates and recommendations for coordinating office days. Integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Google Calendar and HR systems such as HiBob, Deel, BambooHR and Personio, which makes it relevant to organizations that want workplace coordination connected to existing calendars and people systems.

Enterprise controls include scoped credentials, an audit trail, retention controls and data exports. Officely identifies Hotelflex Limited, trading as Officely, as its data controller and says it does not collect special categories of personal data. A Help Centre offers setup and employee guides for both Slack and Teams. Features marked with an asterisk are not currently available on Microsoft Teams, so Teams users should verify that a required capability is not affected before choosing a plan.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and supports up to 5 users with all features. That is a useful way for a very small team to try the full product, but the cap makes it unsuitable as a lasting option for most offices.

Basic costs 2.50 USD per month, billed per user per month, for unlimited users and simple desk booking. It is the lower-cost paid choice for teams that need straightforward desk reservations, but gives up the broader capabilities included in higher tiers. Premium costs 3.50 USD per month, billed per user per month, and includes everything Officely offers for unlimited users. It is the better fit when a team needs the full feature set rather than just desk booking.

Meeting Rooms costs 12.00 USD per month, billed per space per month, with unlimited users and unlimited spaces. Parkly costs 15.00 USD per month on the same space-based basis, also with unlimited users and spaces. These plans suit organizations buying room or parking coordination by space rather than by employee. The Meeting Rooms plan includes a 7 Day Free Trial. Enterprise has custom pricing, unlimited users, all features and enterprise extras; it is the tier to consider when the listed enterprise controls are needed.

Paid pricing is described as starting at $2.50/user/mo (annual). Compare that annual starting price with the plan's per-user or per-space billing basis, and check the Teams limitation before committing.

Platforms

Officely runs on Android, iOS and the web, while desk, room and parking coordination is delivered through Slack and Microsoft Teams. That makes it a natural choice for teams working in those collaboration platforms, but the asterisk-marked feature restriction means the experience may differ on Teams.

Who it's for

Officely is aimed at hybrid teams, with particular relevance for senior leadership, office management, people and culture, and team leaders. Office managers can use booking and attendance data to assess space use; team leaders can coordinate office days; and leadership can see which spaces are underused. It is less compelling for workplaces that require a visual floor plan to assign desks.

Pros and cons

Pros: Desk, meeting-room and parking coordination sit alongside attendance visibility and office analytics, giving hybrid teams a broad set of workplace tools in Slack and Teams.
Pros: A 42-day booking horizon supports advance planning, and integrations extend to major calendars and several HR systems.
Pros: The five-user free tier includes all features, making it possible for a small team to start without paying.
Cons: The free plan's five-user limit is restrictive for growing teams, which must move to paid pricing.
Cons: There is no floor plan view, a drawback for employees who need to select a desk by its location.
Cons: Asterisk-marked features are unavailable on Microsoft Teams, so teams using that platform should confirm fit before selecting a plan.

Alternatives

For another freemium desk-booking option, desk.ly offers a free tier for up to 15 users, compared with Officely's five-user cap. Roomzilla is worth considering for room booking if a free allowance of up to three resources is enough. Skedda is a paid alternative with a Starter plan that includes 15 spaces, unlimited users and bookings, and basic rules.

DeskFlex may suit buyers seeking a paid Growth plan with up to 25 spaces, one floor plan, desk and room booking, visitor management and workplace analytics. WorkInSync is a paid option whose Standard annual plan has a 250+ employee minimum and includes desk and room booking plus an interactive floor plan. OfficeMaps is another paid choice, with Essentials offering cloud hosting, an employee directory and floor maps.

Trezod is an alternative for buyers considering a base platform billed annually in NGN, with exact pricing provided in its in-product calculator. deskbird offers a paid Business plan at 4.75 USD per month per active user, including desk, room and parking booking, native mobile apps, check-ins, auto releases, smart recommendations and MS Teams integration.

Verdict

Officely is best for hybrid teams that want desk, room and parking coordination embedded in Slack or Teams, with attendance and space-use insights to guide office planning. Its combination of bookings, scheduling and analytics is the main reason to choose it; the five-user free ceiling, absent floor plan view and Teams feature restrictions are the reasons to look elsewhere or check plan fit carefully.
