It handles structured intake, triage, assignment, configurable workflows, case links, taxonomy-based categories and lifecycle tracking. Evidence management provides secure storage, cryptographic fingerprinting, integrity checks and chain-of-custody controls. AI assistance supports pattern and anomaly detection, natural-language search, OSINT analysis and report drafting, with investigator review and approval required. OSINT functions cover public-source entity research, social media, corporate registries, media monitoring and sanctions screening. Records, evidence, attachments and audit logs are encrypted in transit and at rest. Audit logs are append-only, tamper-evident and cryptographically chained, including read-access records. Data is hosted exclusively in Australian data centres without offshore replication or cross-border transfer. Access uses modern desktop, tablet and mobile browsers.
