In their own words
eQuest
eQuest distributes domestic and international job postings from applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and career sites. The company says its network reaches more than 35,000 job boards, colleges, universities, and niche sites. AutoPost routes jobs using rules based on attributes such as location, title, skills, pay range, and employment type. Reporting includes job-board comparisons, candidate activity, time to first engagement, heat maps, and mobile-apply analysis. Boost! AI structures job details to Google Rich Results and Schema.org Job Posting standards, aiming to improve visibility in AI search tools. The OFCCP compliance dashboard records delivery date and time and tracks postings by requisition number, title, and location, with online reports available 24/7. The company says AutoPost works with any ATS or CRM and that its compliance service supports every major ATS and CRM. Its API uses HTTPS POST requests. eQuest says it complies with SOC 2 and CCPA frameworks and encrypts personal information in transit and at rest. Pricing is on request. The BLAST! destination network varies with performance, and eQuest does not publish a static list of participating sites.
Jobroute
Jobroute is programmatic job advertising infrastructure for distributing listings through cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-application (CPA) campaigns. It routes jobs to publishers, validates clicks before billing, and attributes applications to the click, campaign, and publisher through server-to-server postbacks. Advertisers and operators can control bids, markdowns, budgets, pacing, country targeting, and title keyword filters per campaign and publisher. Jobroute ingests standard XML job feeds, normalizes and deduplicates listings, and uses streaming ingestion for multi-gigabyte feeds. It can extract salary, job type, and category information from structured fields and free text. Click checks use traffic scoring, challenge verification, geographic checks, velocity analysis, and IP reputation. Foreign, bot, expired, and duplicate clicks are excluded from billing by default, with a reason recorded. Publishers receive compressed XML feeds refreshed through the day and can use redirect URLs and S2S postbacks. Reporting includes real-time operator dashboards, country-level publisher reporting, and daily reconciliation against partner reports. Jobroute says it supports any country and currency. Pricing is on request; job seekers pay nothing, and the company says it does not sell candidate data.
